How long does it take to ship my podcast table order?

Production requires 10-15 business days from your order date.

During production, we are building multiple sets of tables to accommodate order volume. We do not offer rush services, as each set requires a certain amount of time to cut, sand, drill, stain, finish, add accessories, and pack to prepare for shipping.

We take our time to ensure quality is up to par, and your shipment is packed well for safe delivery.

How do you ship the podcast tables?

We prefer to ship freight. Orders are wrapped in protective materials, boxed, stacked, wrapped and strapped onto a pallet. Most shipping takes 3-5 business days.

If we ship via ground, we’ll use UPS Ground Services 3-5 day shipping option, and we charge $99 for this service. More information about shipping can be found at our Shipping Details and Information page.

What is the assembly process like?

Easier than Ikea furniture. But really, we make the process very simple. Each tabletop is shipped separately from the table legs. We pilot the screw holes and label each piece with a matching number and letter. You simply install the legs with the hardware provided. We do recommend using a powered drill.

If your table comes with the front panel option, the panels will need to be installed using the same method as the legs. Each panel contains screws and pocket holes for installation.

What are the dimensions of your podcast tables?

Our tables are sold in arrangements of 2, 3, 4, or 5 pieces. You'll want to check the table footprint dimensions before ordering, to make sure that ithe size you order will fit in your production space. We suggest at least 3 feet of space behind the table, at least 1-2 feet to each side, and 5 feet in front of the table if you're setting up to record video.

Modular Podcast Table Dimensions:

  • 3-piece assembled: 7’5”L, 3’W, 30”H

  • 4-piece assembled: 8’1”L, 4’W, 30”H

We recommend at least a 10’ x 10’ room or office for the 3 piece podcast table.

We recommend at least a 12’ x 12’ room or office for the 4 piece podcast table.

Rectangular Podcast Table Dimensions: 62”L x 25”W x 30”H.

Podcast Production Desk: 50”L x 25”W x 30”H.

Can I pay to rush my order?

We produce our tables on a pretty tight production schedule that reflects the order in which customers purchase. In most cases, there will not be room to rush an order, and shipping takes 3-5 days via UPS Ground.

We’d be happy to use rush shipping and pass the cost on to the customer, but that may only grant you a couple of days time, rather than weeks. It’s usually more cost-effective to wait the extra days.

Can I add another modular piece later on if I need it?

The answer is yes, however, it is cheaper to buy tables in sets of 2, 3, and 4 as there are slight discounts on pieces in larger sets. If you need a single table added to your set later on, please send us an email.

Can I choose a stain color not listed on your website?

Yes. There’s a $25 charge to use a color not listed on our website, as we will purchase the stain, test stain a piece of wood, and send you photos before finishing your entire set with this stain.

We want our customers to be happy with the final applied color, as stain color images on websites like Home Depot and Lowes don’t always translate to the type of wood we use on our tables.

Can you sell me tops only, without legs?

We’re open to selling tabletops only! This is actually a great way to save money on your table purchase, by purchasing table legs yourself. It reduces shipping cost and labor cost for packing and shipping. If you would like to order tops only, please let us know via email and we’ll send you a custom quote.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim with us in order to have your damaged pieces replaced. You can download a copy of our replacement policy here.
